He also taught at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, where he earned a Master’s in Engineering.

Kelly Lazuka, CEO of Fullerton, has over 25 years of experience in the wireless industry. She began her career leasing land for AT&T towers and spent two decades with SAC Wireless, where she pioneered a centralized model for front-end services, improving efficiency and reducing costs.

Appointed Fullerton’s CEO in 2022, Kelly has led the company through a major transformation, establishing it as a leader in program management, design, and construction services. Her leadership has been recognized with honors like the 2023 Titan 100 – Chicago award and an appointment to the Wireless Infrastructure Association’s board in 2024.

As a proud mother of five, Kelly is passionate about empowering women in the industry, dedicating herself to mentoring future leaders and driving innovation in telecommunications.

Phillip French is a seasoned network executive with over 25 years of experience in the wireless industry. Known for surpassing ambitious business goals, he has a proven track record of driving success in network strategies, infrastructure planning, and system enhancements.

Throughout his career, Phillip has held leadership roles across diverse business units, including Operations, RF Design, System Performance, and Engineering. He is recognized for navigating complex challenges and making high-stakes decisions with integrity, expertise, and a strong work ethic.

Satish Sharma serves as Executive Vice President of Network Development for Boost Mobile, where he leads the expansion, densification, engineering, and operation of its network.

Previously, Satish was Senior Vice President of 5G Development & Integration at EchoStar, driving innovative network designs to completion. He has also held leadership roles as Regional Vice President for EchoStar's West region and Senior Vice President of Global Operations at MediaKind, where he launched the MediaFirst pay-TV/OTT platform. His career includes key positions at Ericsson and Sprint.

Satish holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology, a Master’s in Business Administration from De La Salle University, and a Master’s in Telecom and Computers from George Washington University.

Outside of work, Satish enjoys hiking, running half-marathons, watching sci-fi shows, and cooking vegetable curries. He and his wife are proud parents of two sons, one a U.S. Air Force veteran and the other an engineering graduate.
